HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR ONLINE STORE??

Welcome to our online store. Here is a brief description of how to order from the range of products listed on our website. We have loads more products to choose from in-store, so if you would like to take advantage of the massive range of quality products we carry, visit us at our retail store in Nelspruit.

Step One:

Links to all the product categories can be found as dropdowns under the Shopping tab above. When clicking the dropdown you are interested in, you will be shown a list of items available for purchase related to that specific category.

Step Two:

Take note of all the Item Codes of the products you would like to order.

Step Three:

Click “Request A Quote” and a quotation form will open up, into which you can insert the Item Code of the product you would like to order as well as the quantity of each specific item.

Step Four:

Please ensure that your contact details are indicated in full in the form you are filling in, including full name, contact number and an email address to which we can send the quote.

Step Five:

We will send you a quotation for all the items we currently have stock of in your order. One of our sales staff will contact you to confirm whether you received your quotation, and if you would like to proceed with the order. If the order is confirmed, we will then verify shipping method and cost and send through a final total as well as banking details.

Step Six:

Once full payment has reflected in our bank account, we will send the order off to you. Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 2 to 15 working days.
